Fees

The fee for a 45-minute session is $200 unless otherwise discussed. Payment is expected at the time of the session unless other arrangements have been made.  Your billing can be addressed through credit card (VISA or Mastercard).

Insurance

Dr. Stark is a provider on many insurance panels including Anthem Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Medicare, among others. Please let us know if you intend to use insurance when making an appointment.  If a client chooses to have an insurance company pay for any charges for psychotherapy, there are significant confidentiality concerns the client must understand.

Please do not hesitate to ask Dr. Stark in person if you have any concerns about confidentiality when you meet with him. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure coverage with insurance companies and to provide the appropriate information required to make the claim. With the client’s written consent, Dr. Stark will submit regular claims for payment to the insurance company. Co-payment is due at the time of the session, unless otherwise arranged.
